Passenger Services

At Narita Airport, the gateway for ANA’s international flights, we provide passenger check-in and baggage drop services and lounge services to customers mainly for ANA’s international flights as well as for contracted overseas airlines, low-cost carriers (LCCs) and ANA’s domestic flights.

Business Description

International flight handling

We perform general handling operations for passenger flights, including ticketing, baggage drop, seat changes and passenger baggage care at arrival. We also provide check-in, boarding gate and arrival services not just for ANA flights but also for overseas airlines.

Domestic flight handling

We perform handling operations including check-in procedures at ANA domestic counters, providing various types of information and departure and arrival flight operations control. As many customers from overseas have connecting flights at the airport, we also need to know about international flights in addition to domestic flights.

Lounge services

In the 3,000 ㎡ ANA Lounge in Terminal 1, we welcome executive customers from countries around the world, including ANA First Class and Business Class customers as well as Gold Members of Star Alliance member airlines, and provide service so that they can spend their time in comfort in a relaxing space.
