ANA Group health frontier declaration

The ANA Group proclaimed the ANA Health Frontier Declaration in April 2016 based on the belief that ensuring employees’ health, safety and a comfortable work environment are the foundation of a company’s activities.
At NRTAS, we also cultivate a company culture that places top priority on health, aiming to have the company and employees work as a united team with energy and passion. We have created medium-term management plans since fiscal 2017 and have announced our goal of being a company where employees can work with energy and passion as well as reassurance over the long term.

Health management implementation structure

The ANA Group has established an implementation structure for health management. In it, an ANA Holdings executive is appointed to the position of Chief Wellness Officer (CWO) as the person responsible for implementing health management in the Group, and each Group company including NRTAS appoints a Wellness Leader (WL) to perform working-level duties.
