Operations control

Spot control

We adjust spots on the apron used by departing and arriving flights as needed. We move each aircraft to the best spot on the apron for the convenience of boarding passengers and various other conditions to ensure smooth airport operations.

Load control

We perform the roles of calculating the most efficient loading plan that the aircraft is able safely fly after passengers are seated and checked baggage is loaded and making the decisions and giving directions while coordinating with passenger and cargo departments.

Flight dispatch assistance

We identify routes and weather conditions that are safe for aircraft to fly and provide information and support flight management for flight crews. We perform flight supervision operations including for takeoffs and landings, respond immediately to ever-changing conditions, and perform the role of collecting and communicating information from the relevant sources to realize optimized operations.

Handling control

To ensure on-time flights in restricted airport facilities, in addition to optimum spot management, we also perform management operations for all the work from an aircraft’s arrival until its departure, including passenger and cargo loading and unloading, cabin cleaning and fueling. Our duties form the heart of airport handling operations, which must ensure safety while also rigorously maintaining on-time performance.
