ANA Narita Airport Services (NRTAS) handles overall airport operations at Narita International Airport, including ground handling and operations for ANA-Group-operated flights and foreign airlines. We are aware of our role as a leader in the ANA Group’s international flight operations and are committed to delivering even higher levels of service while always pursuing customer comfort and convenience with a priority on safety.  

As a “company committed to creating new value and competing globally,” NRTAS has a multi-skilled employee development policy. Leveraging the experience we have cultivated since the launch of international flights, we aim to increase the number of employees who are well-versed in all aspects of airport operations and who have enhanced their personal and professional capabilities. This is achieved through opportunities such as training at overseas airports, expatriate assignments, launching new airports, and secondments both within and outside the Group. These efforts further strengthen our position as a comprehensive ground handling company capable of adapting to changing environments. Furthermore, as we look toward the future, we value a challenging and open-minded corporate culture that enables us to develop human resources who can not only handle operations at Narita International Airport but also thrive on the global stage. Providing employees with opportunities to demonstrate initiative, plan, and take on challenges leads to their individual growth and the growth and development of the company as well. Consequently, we have developed various in-house recruitment programs to help employees gain a wide range of experience from the early stages of their careers.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, global aviation demand has been rebounding strongly, and international flights are projected to expand 1.5 times by 2030 and 2.0 times by 2040 compared to 2024. Accordingly, Narita Airport has planned a phased expansion of its functions in response to this growing demand. NRTAS sees these changes in the environment as opportunities for growth and will pursue them while continuing to take on the challenge of delivering the world’s highest level of quality.
