Message from the President

President of ANA NARITA AIRPORT SERVICES CO., Ltd.
Yohei Ishida

Changing circumstances surrounding Narita International Airport

Narita International Airport is the main base supporting ANA’s international route business. ANA NARITA AIRPORT SERVICES is responsible for various services within the airport, such as passenger handling and operation services for ANA and other international airline companies.
The 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo is guaranteed to bring many people from across the world to the airport, enhancing the importance of our role as an all-around airport handling company.
Under these circumstances, we would like to continue to provide customers with better service by constantly aiming for customer convenience while keeping safety as our utmost priority. Support from customers, the surrounding neighborhood, and ANA Group companies is vitally important to fulfill our mission of “creating new value and making our customers happy.” With the support and cooperation of our partners, we are working toward becoming a leading global company.

Important connections with the surrounding neighborhood

We believe that our business is built with support from the local communities, where many employees live. It is one of our natural responsibilities to contribute to these communities and actively participate in regional volunteer activities and festivals, allowing our employees to grow. We hope to continue to be a company that walks side by side with local people.

Company growth and human resource development

「To keep growing as “a company creating new value and competing globally”, our policy is to produce multi-skilled workers. Taking advantage of our skills and know-how that have been accumulated over the past 30 years, we develop human resources who can startup and manage airport handling services in overseas airports and work on temporary assignment within ANA Group companies. In addition, increasing the number of employees familiar with all-round airport operations corresponds to the diversity of airport services that is only going to expand further in the future, reinforcing our strengths as a comprehensive airport handling company.
Furthermore, to nurture employees that can play an active role on both the domestic and international stages, we value a corporate culture of freedom and open-mindedness, giving employees the opportunity to make proposals, plans and to challenge themselves. We hope our young employees can gain a wide variety of experience by applying themselves in various fields.
